Metal Polymers are new composite materials that combine metal and plastic into a uniform composite material. The metal and plastic are melted and mixed into a uniform composite material, then the composite is formed into products, then the composite sets. The Metal Polymers composites may be reheated and melted for metal part forming processes. Different metals and plastics can be used for different composite properties. Metal Polymers composites may be used for most metal applications. The Metal Polymers composites are more affordable than metal alone and lighter weight than metal.
